We make sure that at the end of the interview the expectations about the position are clear to both parties. If the impression is good, a second interview follows.
You have this conversation with two developers (one other than in the first conversation). The most important input for this call is a piece of code that you have written for this call. On the basis of this code we will go deeper into the technologies used.
We focus on your technical knowledge and insights, the training programme that suits you and the question of which technological challenges will make your heart beat faster.
If the conversations went well for both of us, you will receive our offer with all terms and conditions of employment. After your approval we will put everything into operation so you can start your first working day!
