Your privacy is very important to Ibuildings. We therefore comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

Contact form
With our contact forms you can ask us questions or make inquiries.
For this we use your specified name, e-mail address and telephone number. We have a legitimate interest in this. We will retain this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily retrieve the information in case of follow-up questions.
Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the parties mentioned in this privacy statement, we will under no circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police demand this in case of a suspicion of a crime).
Web Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Plausible to track how visitors use our website. We do this in a privacy friendly way.
Through our website a cookie is placed by the American company Google, as part of the Analytics service. We use this service to track and get reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.
The information that Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not provided. The information is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Google states it adheres to the Privacy Shield principles and is participating in the Privacy Shield program of the U.S. Department of Commerce. This means that there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.
Security
Security of personal data is very important to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:
- Access to personal data is protected with a user name and (strong and unique) password.
- We take physical measures such as locks and safes to protect access to the systems in which personal data is stored.
- We use secure connections (SSL ) which shields all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.

Access, modify and delete your data

We will comply with your request within 30 days. However, this period may be extended for reasons relating to the specific rights of data subjects or the complexity of the request. If we extend this period, we will inform you in good time.

If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to submit a complaint to the regulator, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Dutch DPA).
